Every Paras Crown goes through a rigorous quality inspection process before it is put on the market. For your comfort, Paras Crown provides you with a 12-month free warranty (movement and battery only) from the date of purchase. As long as the watch you buy meets the free warranty scope, enjoy free warranty service.


In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, please read the following terms in detail:


1. About a valid warranty card

Please fill in the repair reason, order number, and return address, name, phone number so that we can handle it for you in a timely manner.


2. Description of warranty service

In the event of a performance failure of the watch under the specified use condition, the product quality problem caused by non-human causes is confirmed by Paras Crown or its authorized agency, and the valid warranty certificate and invoice are entitled to the 'three guarantees' warranty service.


① Free warranty scope:

· Product quality problems occur during the warranty period when the product is used according to the requirements of the product description;

· The same movement failure occurs within six months after the warranty period or the charge repair outside the warranty scope (except as specified in the next article).


② When your watch appears one of the following circumstances, the free warranty service is invalid.

Paras Crown tables and their authorized service agencies will be charged in accordance with the Paras Crown After-Sale Maintenance Fees:

· Exceed the free warranty period of the product;

· Failure caused by the user's own disassembly, repair, modification or maintenance not carried out by the authorized service agency of Paras Crown;

· There is no valid warranty certificate and purchase invoice (except to prove that the watch is within the free warranty period);

· The model of the watch in the manual does not match the model of the watch sent for repair; · Damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.);

· Damage caused by human factors; Including abnormal working environment (such as strong magnetic field, strong electric field) use, not according to the requirements of the product instructions to use and cause damage, due to poor storage caused by impact, fall, bending, placed in wet places or liquid intake caused by failure;


③ The warranty does not cover the following situations:

· Normal wear and aging of exterior parts (case, metal strap, glass, buckle, butt, back cover, front ring) (such as surface scratches, color dilution);

· Decay of color and material of non-metal watch band (such as leather watch band, fiber braided watch, plastic watch band)

· Normal wear of electroplating.
